Q. Do you move furniture?
A. If required we can move items such as chairs, light lounge suites and beds on casters. Everything else we can clean around or you can move it before we arrive.
Q. What MUST we do before you arrive?
Clear the floor of small items and pre vacuum the carpets.
Q.Will all the stains be removed?
A. No. Any company that tells you it will remove all stains is telling porkies! All dirt and most spots are removed during cleaning.Further stain treatments are available BUT please be aware that some stains will be permanent-regardless of the technique attempted to remove them!
Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Of course! All cleaners are experienced, have IICRC certifification and carry public liability insurance. That said we cannot turn old and trashed carpets into brand new 
Q. How long will my carpet take to dry?
A. Between two and twelve hours, depending on the weather and fibre type.Wool takes longer to dry because it absorbs more moisture. Ceiling fans and pedestal fans can significantly reduce drying times.
Q. Are your chemicals harmful to my family and pets?
A. No.The solutions that we use are environmentally safe and completely non toxic and are safe for people and pets.
Q.What do I do after my carpeting has been cleaned?
Floors can be slippery after cleaning. Be careful when walking from the carpet to a hard surface until the carpeting is thoroughly dry. Vacuum carpet anytime after a 24-hour period.
Q.Will cleaning damage my carpet?
No!
